2 1/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour ( Elly guna tepung super fine + 1/2 tsp baking soda n baking pwdr)
1/2 teaspoon salt (x letak sbb guna farmcow dh masin)
2 tablespoons (15 grams) regular or Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter at room temperature( Elly guna farmcow aja)
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar ( eli letak 250gm)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (Elly guna esen vanilla biasa aja)
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk ( brand sunglo 210gm..tp eli tambah yougurt sikit sbb x cukup)
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring ( Elly masuk 1 tbsp aja warna pink)
**1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
**1 teaspoon baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature ( Elly guna vatura aja)
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) tub of Mascarpone cheese, room temperature ( x letak pun)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (115 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted ( Elly blend gula biasa jadi halus)
1 1/2 (360 ml) cups cold heavy whipping cream (double cream) (35-40% butterfat) ( yg nie Elly beli brand vivo sbb dia double cream senang nk foam kan jd stift)
** bake 30min 180
Lepas tu kan.. eli tgk batter nie ckp likat sikit so eli takut dia kering jugak so Elly add kan susu cair kasi sedikit cair..agak2 la..eli tuang ja secukup hati nurani ..then bakar 2 batch.. sbb nk layer kan..kalau rajin bahagi jadi 4 batch so layer krim byk la nanti..
